- Canadian Beef with Peppercorn Demi-Glace, and served with red-skin smashed potatoes & seasonal vegetables
- Local Ontario Trout – Grilled & glazed over with Maple Butter Jus. Served alongside basmati rice & seasonal vegetables
- Fresh Hand cut pasta with chicken and vegetables in a basil cream sauce
- Vegetarian option – Mushroom Risotto
